I Have Sent A Booking Enquiry But Haven't Had A Response?

We always aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours however this may take longer during busy times. If you still haven't had a response after 48 hours please contact us directly at: info@cb-productions.uk or give us a call on 07517699825.

Why Do You Ask For So Many Details On Your Booking Enquiry Form?

We ask for these details as they speed up the booking process. As we invoice our customers, we are legally required to collect certain information for invoicing purposes. All data is stored securely and in line with GDPR laws. If we have no availability on the date you request, we remove your details from our system for your security & privacy.

How Can I Pay?

All our payments are handled by our card merchant sumup. We accept all major debit/credit cards online. You can find out more regarding our payment options in our booking t&c's.

What If I Want To Change/Cancel My Booking?

Please refer to our booking t&c's for details on booking changes or cancellations.

Where Are You Based?

We are based in County Armagh.

How Far Do You Travel?

We cover all of Northern Ireland & Ireland. Please be aware that travel charges may be applicable to some bookings.

What Are Your Travel Charges?

If your booking venue is within Northern Ireland or within a 1 hour drive across the border we don't include any travel charges if your booking value is £101 or more. We will make you aware of any travel charges prior to booking confirmation.

My Venue Is Asking For Your Insurance Documents?

That's no problem at all. This is quite common as we are an outsourced supplier. Please forward any requests to: info@cb-productions.uk stating "document request" in the subject line and don't forget to include the details of whom we are to get in touch with in the main body of the email. We are a fully insured company for videography, UAV videography and event decor. We take health & safety of both our clients and staff seriously and implement procedures where needs be to ensure the safety of all, to include but not limited to, risk assessments, near miss reports, product modifications and more. We are also a registered food supplier within the ABC council area as we supply food products so we have high standards to meet with them to keep our 5 star food hygiene rating.
