What Time Do You Start & Finish At?

This will be discussed with you during your meeting prior to your wedding as every wedding varies in timescales. 

Will You Be Obtrusive?

We try to be discreet as possible however sometimes it will be noticeable that we are present. We capture the natural shots and don't stage any.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Final Package?

You will receive your complete package within 3-4 months and it will be delivered to your invoiced address. You can read more on time scales in our booking t&c's. 

Why Can I Not Choose My Background Music?

Unfortunately due to copyright laws, we only use licensed music in our videos sourced from our supplier. This is to protect you & us as a company from potential legal issues.

What Equipment Do You Use?

We use a range of professional equipment from broadcast cameras to DSLR cameras. We also use a professional drone. Please note, drone footage is subject to local laws and weather. We also use a variety of professional audio recording equipment. You may be asked to wear a lapel microphone however these are only used where necessary and removed once finished with. To comply with local child protections laws, if a child is required to wear a microphone, e.g. to capture a reading from them, permission will be sought from their carer/parent first and placement of the microphone will be done by the child's carer/parent under supervision by one of CB Productions trained staff.

How Will I Receive My Finished Package?

Your finished package will be posted via royal mail to the address on your invoice. We will update you when this is posted. You will receive a wooden display box to include 1x printed photo and 2x engraved USB sticks containing; Trailer, Highlight Video & Feature Length Film.
